The apartment is in Busteni city, Prahova county. It's one of the most popular tourist centers in Romania. The resort has a reputation for some extreme skiing as well as the usual crushing slopes. In summertime the tourists come here because of climbing tracks.
The apartment is situated in a very amazing place nearby Hotel Silva, and the two cable cars Babele and Pestera. Because of its location is comfortable and allow us a possibility to practice winter sports and climbing or hiking. Busteni is situated on the Prahova Valley, in Prahova County, at the foot of Caraiman Massif in the Bucegi Mountains. It's one of the most spectaculars resorts, surraunded by amazing peaks. Busteni has cool summer (July average 15.5°C), and cold winters (January average -5°C).The pure air and the breathtaking landscapes attract in Romania thousands of tourists every year for skiing and hiking. The mountain resorts along the mountain chain that crosses Romania from the north to south, offer their guests excellent facilities for recreation in the summer and winter. In the winter months, Busteni station offers the possibility of practice skiing and sleighing. Here are disposed ski paths with different difficulty levels. There are opportunities for hiking, caving, nature observing or skiing on well-marked slopes. Busteni is a spa, functioning all the year, the climate, the fresh air, without allergens, the healty ozone-rich enviroment is recommended for recovery treatment of asthenic neurosis, weakly conditions, physical and intellectualoverexertion, rachitis, and growth troubles in children, in covalescence. Busteni is a starting point for trips in the mountains around who is numerous natural phenomes: "Babele" - wind-modelled shopes in the Bucegi Massif, the "Shpynx" - the result of the combinated action of the wind, rain and snow, gorges, cave, etc. There is two cable car in city: Busteni - Babele, lenght 4.350 m, level difference 1.235 m, whitin 13 minute; Babele - Pestera, lenght 2.611 m, level difference 560 m, whitin 10 minute. The area is rich in natural and geographical phenomens, also in churches, monuments, muzeums and castles.

Although located in the massif Caraiman has direct connection with the European road E60 and the national road DN1.

Interior:
The apartement is located on the ground flor in a blockhouse. If you step in to the hall on the right side you find the kitchen, equipped with cubpoard, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, chinas, dishes, glasses. Also on the right side you find a bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe, night-table and TV. On the left side there is another hall from here you step in to the bathromm, there is washbazin, bathtube and the toilet, it is full equipped with bathing stuff. Also on the left side there is the another bedroom with a kingsize bed too. In the center of the apartement there is the living room with studio coach, and armchair, Tv, Dvd player. The apartment has its own heating sistem.
